We deliver to most countries worldwide.

Due to government restrictions or shipping limitations, we currently do not ship to: Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea.

We also do not ship to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates due to recurring delivery difficulties.

Production: 2–4 business days.
France: 2–3 business days.
EU: 3–10 business days.
Outside EU: 5–14 business days.

We do our best to improve delivery times with our shipping partners.

Yes. All products are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cerro-alto.com before sending any item back.

For customers within the European Union, we organise the return shipment for approved requests. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

For customers outside the EU, returns may be subject to customs regulations and additional charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with exact measurements.

We recommend comparing those measurements with a garment you already own before ordering.

As every item is made to order, we encourage thoughtful size selection. Carefully reviewing the size guide helps reduce unnecessary returns and environmental impact.

At Cerro Alto, we operate on a made-to-order model — every piece is printed and fulfilled only after the order is placed.

Garments are sourced from responsible production partners, then printed and fulfilled in France.

This approach reduces overproduction and excess inventory, allowing us to focus on quality over quantity — and keeps our costs competitive.

Our garments are produced by certified partners. Printing and fulfillment take place in France, from where your order is shipped.

We source garments from trusted European partners (including Portugal and France) as well as responsibly sourced manufacturers in other regions.

Many products come from eco-conscious brands such as Native Spirit and suppliers holding certifications like GOTS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX.

Our records ensure product traceability and certification transparency.

Aware™ is a system specifically designed to verify the sustainability claims of textiles.

It uses blockchain technology to record every step of a product's journey. Each product featuring the label has a digital passport.

By scanning the QR code, you can trace the garment's origin — from raw material to finished product.

We use DTF (Direct To Film) printing technology.

Our production partner uses advanced equipment and specialized film substrates to ensure exceptional print quality and improved environmental performance.

This method provides vibrant colors and a softer, more natural feel.

DTF prints are elastic and highly resistant to cracking.

With proper care, the print remains durable and vibrant through repeated washing and long-term use.
