Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cerro-alto.com before sending any item back.

Returned items must:

• Be unworn
• Be unwashed
• Be in original condition

For customers within the European Union, approved returns will be organized by us.

For customers outside the European Union, returns may be subject to customs regulations and additional charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

As we operate on a made-to-order model, we encourage customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.
