Each order goes into production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible using the contact form — we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once production has started.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Enter your code at checkout in the discount field before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

We deliver to most countries worldwide.

Due to government restrictions or shipping limitations, we currently do not ship to: Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea.

Some countries outside the EU may charge import taxes or local VAT at delivery. These are not included in the shipping price shown at checkout and are outside our control.

Production: 2–4 business days.

Yes. All products are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us using the contact form before sending anything back. We'll respond with return instructions.

For EU customers, we organise the return shipment for approved requests. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

For customers outside the EU, returns may be subject to customs regulations and additional charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend comparing those measurements with a garment you already own before ordering.

As every item is made to order, we encourage thoughtful size selection.

Care instructions vary by garment and fabric. You'll find the specific washing and care guide on each product page.

Every piece is made when you order it — we don't hold stock.

Garments are sourced from responsible production partners, then printed and fulfilled in France. This keeps quality consistent and avoids overproduction.

Our garments are produced by certified partners. Printing and fulfillment take place in France, from where your order is shipped.

We source garments from trusted European partners (including Portugal and France) as well as responsibly sourced manufacturers in other regions.

Many products come from eco-conscious brands such as Native Spirit and suppliers holding certifications like GOTS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX.

Our records ensure product traceability and certification transparency.

Depending on the garment, products may carry one or more of the following: GOTS (organic textile standard), GRS (recycled materials), OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (free from harmful substances), and the Aware™ traceability label.

Aware™ is a system specifically designed to verify the sustainability claims of textiles.

It uses blockchain technology to record every step of a product's journey. Each product featuring the label has a digital passport.

By scanning the QR code, you can trace the garment's origin — from raw material to finished product.

GRS (Global Recycled Standard), issued by Ecocert Greenlife, guarantees the use of recycled polyester and ensures control of social and environmental practices throughout the production process.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification ensures that the product is free from substances harmful to health.

We use DTF (Direct To Film) printing. Our production partner uses advanced equipment and film substrates that produce vibrant colours, a soft feel, and strong durability.

DTF prints are elastic and highly resistant to cracking.

With proper care, the print remains durable and vibrant through repeated washing and long-term use.

Lightweight (around 140–155 g/m²): thin, soft and breathable — ideal for everyday wear, high print visibility and warm-weather use.

Heavyweight (about 285 g/m²): thicker and more durable, with better structure, longevity and warmth — great for long-lasting garments and heavy-use items.

Our lifestyle images are created using AI tools. They're designed to show how the garments look and feel in everyday wear — the clothes themselves are exactly as described and shown on the product pages.
